Summer Programs

Teen Strength​

Class Description:
Teen Strength Is a 60 minute class where teens will focus on strength movements to build safe and effective lifting habits. The first 40 min of class will focus on Squats / Pull-Ups / Deadlifts / Presses. The last 20 min will be a sport specific CrossFit workout designed to increase power and agility in the given sport.
  • Ages: 12-18 Years old
  • Length: June 1st - July 31st
  • Days:
    • Block 1: Monday and Wednesday 
    • Block 2: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Times: 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM​​
  • Note: This cost includes full membership to Official Fitness for June and July. Teens can attend all non-specialty classes and open gym during staffed hours.
  • ​Cost: $270 per block

THICC-FIL-A Powerlifting

Program Description:
THICC-FIL-A is a powerlifting program designed to help you reach new maxes in your Bench press, Deadlift and Squat. This 9 week self lead program is a 4x a week lifting protocol with detailed explanations of movements and structure.
  • Ages: 12+ 
  • Length: June 1st - July 31st
  • Meet Time: Aug 1st, 8-12am​​
  • Note: This cost includes the full program, entry into the meet as well as a t-shirt.
  • ​Cost: $150 per person

Tween Sport Camps

Class Description:
Agility: This is a 45 min long class designed to improve speed and agility in young athletes. 
Strength: This 45 min long class will focus on teaching Tweens proper form with Pushing, Pulling, Hinging Squatting and Pressing movements 
  • Ages: 7-11 years old
  • Length: June 1st - July 31st
  • Days:
    • Agility: Monday and Wednesday 
    • Strength: Tuesday and Thursday
  • Times: 9:30am to 10:15am
  • ​​Note: This cost includes full membership to Official Fitness for June and July. They can attend all non-specialty classes with a Member parent. 
  • Cost: $270 for Agility or Strength, 500 for both

Woddlers

Class Description:
This 30 min long class will take kiddos outside to have fun with play based exercise games and obstacle courses.  
  • Ages: 3-6 years old
  • Length: June 1st - July 31st
  • Days: Tuesday, Thursday 
  • Times: 9:00 AM to 9:30AM
  • Cost: FREE WITH PARENTS UNLIMITED CHILDCARE MEMBERSHIP
