Teen Strength Is a 60 minute class where teens will focus on strength movements to build safe and effective lifting habits. The first 40 min of class will focus on Squats / Pull-Ups / Deadlifts / Presses. The last 20 min will be a sport specific CrossFit workout designed to increase power and agility in the given sport.

Block 1: Monday and Wednesday
Block 2: Tuesday and Thursday
Times: 3:00PM to 4:00PM
Cost: $200
Note:This cost includes full membership to Official Fitness for June and July. Teens can attend all non-specialty classes and open gym during staffed hours.
