CLASS DESCRIPTION
Class Description
Classes highlighted are small group training and are a special fee.
Sprint WOD: This 30 min class will focus on building cardiovascular endurance through the combined used of high intensity functional movements and skill movements.
WOD: This hour long class is a great introductory into CrossFit where participants can learn movements and get an amazing workout. The first 30 min will be skills / drills and strength to help teach and refine movement. After that we will perform the daily wod and finish with a 5-10 minute cooldown and stretch.
Bootcamp: Bootcamp will be a 60 min class designed to include warm up, workout and cooldown and will focus on full body functional strength.
Level Up Lifting: This is a 60 min long strength training class that is focused on teaching and building dynamic strength.
SeniorFit: This is a specialty 60 min class for adults 55+ to focus on agility, strength, mobility, and balance.
Womens BC: This is a 60 min class designed to include warm up, workout, cooldown and focuses on full body functional strength. This is a women's only class.
Mindset Reps: This is a 60 min class designed to help youth forge resilience through exercise. We help run this class in partnership with FYR and interested parties can find more information in the club as to how to sign up.
Colorado Softball Academy This is a 60 min softball strength class that is designed in partnership with Colorado Softball Academy. This class is restricted to CSA athletes only, for more information and to sign up more information can be found in the club.
