CLASS DESCRIPTION
Class Description
WOD: This 30 min class will focus on building cardiovascular endurance through the combined used of high intensity functional movements and skill movements.
SWOD: SWOD classes are 30 minutes in duration where participants will work on strength movements to complement the daily WOD
Bootcamp: Bootcamp will be a 45 min class designed to include warm up, workout and cooldown and will focus on full body functional strength.
Teen Strength: Is a 30 minutes where Teens (12-16) strength movements to build safe and effective lifting habits. This class will focus on Squats / Pull-Ups / Deadlifts / Presses.
Youth WOD: Youth WOD classes are 30 minutes in duration where teen participants will work on daily WOD to complement the Teen Strength Class.
OG Basic: This hour long class will teach all participants how to perform and refine complex movements and then reinforce them in a workout.
