CLASS DESCRIPTION
WOD: This 30 min class will focus on building cardiovascular endurance through the combined used of high intensity functional movements and skill movements.
SWOD: SWOD classes are 30 minutes in duration where participants will work on strength movements to complement the daily WOD
Bootcamp: Bootcamp will be a 45 or 60 min class designed to include warm up, workout and cooldown and will focus on full body functional strength.
Women's BC: This is a 60 min class designed to include warm up, workout, cooldown and focuses on full body functional strength. This is a a women's only class.
Mindset Reps: This is a 60 min class designed to help youth forge resilience through exercise. We help run this class in partnership with FYR and interested parties can find more information in the club as to how to sign up.
Teen Strength: Is a 30 minutes where Teens (12-16) strength movements to build safe and effective lifting habits. This class will focus on Squats / Pull-Ups / Deadlifts / Presses.
Youth WOD: Youth WOD classes are 30 minutes in duration where teen participants will work on daily WOD to complement the Teen Strength Class.
OG Basic: This Hour long class is a great introductory into CrossFit while still giving an amazing workout. The first 20 min will be skills and drills to help teach and refine movement. After that we will perform the daily WOD and finish with a 5-10 minute cooldown and stretch.
