​CLASS DESCRIPTION

Classes Underlined are small group training and are a special fee please refer to Summer Programs. 

Sprint WOD: This 30 min class will focus on building cardiovascular endurance through the combined used of high intensity functional movements and skill movements. 

WOD: This hour long class is a great introductory into crossfit where participants can learn movements and get an amazing workout. The first 30 min will be skills / drills and strength to help teach and refine movement. After that we will perform the daily wod and finish with a 5-10 minute cooldown and stretch.

Bootcamp: Bootcamp will be a 45 or 60  min class designed to include warm up, workout and cooldown and will focus on full body functional strength.

Womens BC: This is a 60 min class designed to include warm up, workout, cooldown and focuses on full body functional strength. This is a women's only class.

Mindset Reps: This is a 60 min class designed to help youth forge resilience through exercise. We help run this class in partnership with FYR and interested parties can find more information in the club as to how to sign up. 

Teen Strength for Sport: The first 45 min of this hour long class will focus on teaching proper form on squat, bench press, chin ups and deadlift. We will finish with a 15 min cardio workout designed to fit the sport of the athlete to improve explosiveness and agility. This class is for youth ages 12-18.

Tween Fit: This 45 min class is for ages 7-11 and will focus on teaching the basics with push, pull, hinge, squat, and pressing movements.
